Ik heb ze afgegeven aan de jonge dame achter de balie en zij was zo flexibel en behulpzaam dat ze tijd voor mij heeft gemaakt om de toestellen direct te repareren! Ook na reparatie had ze contact opgenomen met mij om te vragen of alles naar tevredenheid werkt! Ik raad haar enorm aan! Ik ben een zeer tevreden klant. I handed them over to the young lady behind the desk and she was so flexible and helpful that she made time for me to fix the appliances right away! B	Brian den Ouden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefoon scherm was kapot dus hier laten vervangen a 90 euro. Eenmaal klaar, merkte ik dat de trilfunctie veel harder leek te zijn. Vermoedelijk dat het scherm dus wat losser zit. Twee dagen later zat er een barst links onder in mijn scherm, dezelfde plek als oorspronkelijke schade. Ik had hem niet laten vallen deze keer! Gemeld bij bedrijf, maar gaven aan dat het toch echt gevallen moest zijn o.i.d. Ze gingen dus niets doen. Inmiddels is de kleine barst door gezet naar een scheur. Ik verwacht dat het uiteindelijk helemaal doorzet door de rest van het scherm. Waardeloze service! Phone screen was broken so replaced here at 90 euros. Once done, I noticed the vibrate function seemed to be much louder. Presumably the screen is a bit looser. Two days later there was a crack at the bottom left of my screen, the same spot as the original damage. I didn't drop it this time! Reported to the company, but indicated that it really must have fallen or something like that. So they were not going to do anything. The small crack has since spread to a crack. I expect it to eventually carry through all the way through the rest of the screen. Lousy service!
T	Theres_only _soup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb mijn Ipad en telefoon bij hun laten repareren, Eerste keer bij mijn telefoon reparatie zijn ze mijn telefoonhoesje kwijtgeraakt. Ze zeiden meerdere keren dat het nog op de andere locatie lag, Dus ik ben drie keer terug gekomen voordat ze toegaven dat het hoesje weg was. Mocht een nieuwe uitkiezen maar alle Hoesjes daar in de winkel zijn echt heel slechte kwaliteit. Viel al snel uit elkaar. Bij mijn ipad werd het scherm vervangen, en toen ik ‘m terug kreeg zat m’n knop scheef. (Dat zit ie nog steeds) ze zeiden dat ik terug kon komen als ie helemaal stuk ging maar dat het te veel risico was om de knop ook nog te repareren. Ik vond het erg jammer, het was niet mijn fout dat de reparatie mis ging maar ik mag er wel de consequenties van dragen. I had my Ipad and phone repaired with them, First time with my phone repair they lost my phone case. They said several times that it was still in the other location, So I came back three times before admitting the case was gone. Should choose a new one but all Covers there in the store are really very poor quality. Soon fell apart. With my ipad the screen was replaced, and when I got it back my button was skewed. (It's still there) They said I could come back if it broke completely but it was too much of a risk to fix the button. I was very sorry, it was not my fault that the repair went wrong, but I can bear the consequences.
T	Thijs Purnot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, slechte kwaliteit In Augustus langs geweest om de batterij van een Iphone SE te laten vervangen. Op de website melden ze dat de batterij binnen een half uur vervangen is en dat je erop kunt wachten, wat al niet het geval was. Tijdens het vervangen traden er problemen op, waardoor de telefoon naar het andere filiaal moest zodat een collega ernaar kon kijken. Nadat ik de telefoon terug had deden de volumeknoppen het niet meer, dus weer terug. Uiteindelijk ben ik 5 keer in de winkel geweest voor een simpele batterijvervanging. Het was ook duurder dan op de website wordt vermeld. Nu, 4 maanden later, is de batterijcapiteit nog maar 82% en valt de telefoon om de haverklap uit. In tegenstelling tot wat ze op hun website vermelden is dit dus geen originele Apple batterij maar waarschijnlijk een goedkope Chinese van slechte kwaliteit. Al met al, beter ergens anders naartoe gaan voor reparaties aan je telefoon. Bad service, bad quality Visited in August to have the battery of an Iphone SE replaced. On the website they report that the battery is replaced within half an hour and that you can wait for it, which was already not the case. Problems arose during the replacement, forcing the phone to go to the other branch for a colleague to look at. After I got the phone back the volume buttons stopped working so back again. I ended up going to the store 5 times for a simple battery change. It was also more expensive than stated on the website. Now, 4 months later, the battery capacity is only 82% and the phone cuts out all the time. Contrary to what they state on their website, this is not an original Apple battery but probably a cheap Chinese one of poor quality. All in all, better go elsewhere for repairs on your phone.
