Fijn is het 'no cure, no pay'-principe en ze proberen je niet op kosten te jagen. Als het product wel gerepareerd kan worden, maar het is qua prijs niet meer de moeite waard, dan vertellen ze dat eerlijk. Kortom een aanrader voor je reparaties.
An excellent address to have your apple product repaired. They are knowledgeable and provide good service. The 'no cure, no pay' principle is great and they don't try to cost you. If the product can be repaired, but it is no longer worth it in terms of price, they will tell you honestly. In short, highly recommended for your repairs.

werden vriendelijk en goed geholpen. Liepen uiteindelijk met een nieuwe laptop naar buiten. Het is niet vaak dat je nog ergens zo gezellig te woord wordt gestaan. Wij komen zeker weer terug als het nodig is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 dagen geleden gebeld tegen 13:00 dat mijn laptop een nieuwe batterij nodig had. Ik kon de dezelfde dag de laptop langs brengen op het einde van de dag.
Ik heb 3 jaar gedaan met een schoonmaak beurt bij ditzelfde bedrijf en toen dacht ik al dat ik mijn batterij moest vervangen. doorgemeten, goed onderzocht... gewoon schoon gemaakt en nog 3 jaar mee gedaan. het advies mee gekregen om de updates te verwijderen.
terug naar 3 dagen geleden.Alles doorgesproken wat ik graag zou willen en ik kreeg al gelijk een prijsindicatie. Het was wat druk in mijn schema en ik had gebeld en besproken de laptop de volgende morgen.
Zelf dit wat mogelijk en was geen probleem ook al was hij al de vorige dag klaar. de kort versie. Zeer professioneel, correct en juist behandelt en met verstand van zaken voorde toekomst advies gegeven voor over een paar jaar.
Ik heb nu weer een laptop die draait als een zonnetje en ga hem wel vaker laten schoonmaken. Dus prima service en een aanrader.
Called 3 days ago at 1:00 pm that my laptop needed a new battery. I was able to bring the laptop along the same day at the end of the day.
I spent 3 years cleaning with this same company and then I already thought I had to replace my battery. measured, well examined... just cleaned and used for another 3 years. was advised to uninstall the updates.
back to 3 days ago. I discussed everything I would like and I immediately got a price indication. My schedule was a bit busy and I had called and discussed the laptop the next morning.
Even this was possible and was no problem even though it was ready the previous day. the short version. Very professional, correct and correct treated and knowledgeable advice for the future for a few years to come.
I now have a laptop that runs like a charm and I will have it cleaned more often. So great service and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my MacBook Pro fixed (reflowed) here while on exchange after it shut off and didn't turn on again. After the 'repair' the microphone stopped working (no time to return and fix again because I was moving home) and the screws looked funny (not flush to the MacBook surface). A few days after the 'repair' it shut off again and wouldn't turn on. I moved home and took it to my local shop for repair where they told me there were no signs of reflow. More importantly, long screws were placed where the short ones were supposed to go and they pierced one of the circuit boards, which caused the second failure of my computer. They had good customer service while I was in the Netherlands.
