★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht freundlich und auch Reparatur war nicht ok:/
Erst sagte man 2 Tage für die Reparatur und am Ende war es dann noch ne Woche.
Dazu kommt das es erst nur 120€kosten sollte und am Ende habe ich 150€ bez und habe ein kaputtes Handy wieder bekommen.
Dieser Laden ist leider nicht zu empfehlen!!!

First you said 2 days for the repair and in the end it was another week.
In addition, it should only cost € 120 at first and in the end I paid € 150 and got a broken cell phone back.
Unfortunately, this shop is not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht weiterzuempfehlen, Samsung zur Reparatur abgegeben, sollte Tags darauf fertig sein dauerte jedoch 4 Tage. Das Handy bekahm ich mit einem unter Spannung sitzenden Display wieder welches 2 Tage später durch leichten Druck mit dem Zeigefinger riss. Normalerweise garantie, doch als ich den Mitarbeiter telefonisch darauf ansprach wurde ich frech beschimpft. Die reparatur habe ich von einem Fachhändler begutachten lassen und Fotodokumentiert. Wer möchte dem schicke ich den Schriftverkehr und Bilder als Beweis für (guten Kundenservice) pfui sag ich nur!!!!!
Not recommendable, Samsung handed in for repair, should be ready the next day but took 4 days. I got the cell phone again with a tensioned display which broke 2 days later with light pressure with my index finger. Usually a guarantee, but when I spoke to the employee over the phone, I was insulted. I had the repair examined by a specialist dealer and documented it with photos. Who would like to send the correspondence and pictures as proof of (good customer service) ugh I only say !!!!!
