★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online een afspraak gemaakt omdat de geïntegreerde afzuiging van onze inductiekookplaat het niet deed. Bevestiging gehad dat er 21 december tussen 14:00 en 15:00 iemand zou komen. Nooit iemand gezien, ook geen telefoon gehad. Erg slecht!!!!!
Made an appointment online because the integrated extraction of our induction hob was not working. Received confirmation that someone would be coming on December 21 between 14:00 and 15:00. Never saw anyone, not even had a phone. Very bad!!!!!
