De dag zelf om 12uur krijg ik een heel verwarde vrouw aan de lijn, die gebrekkig Nederlands spreekt, die zegt dat de technieker onderweg is en binnen een uur bij mij is. Ik was nog op mijn werk en zei dat dit niet zo afgesproken was vorige week. Ze ging het doorgeven aan de technieker. Ik heb een uur later nog eens terug gebeld op hetzelfde nummer voor zeker te zijn dat alles in orde was. Nam een andere vrouw op ook in gebrekkig Nederlands, die precies ook niet wist waar het over ging. Ik heb alles uitgelegd en ze verzekerde me dat ze het weer ging doorgeven aan de technieker die s avonds zou komen. Er is uiteindelijk niemand komen opdagen. Professionaliteit ontbreekt hier zeker. Appointment made week ago, with express between 4.30 pm and 8 pm. The day itself at noon I get a very confused woman on the phone, who speaks poor Dutch, who says that the technician is on the way and will be with me within an hour. I was still at work and said this was not as agreed last week. She passed it on to the technician. I called back an hour later on the same number to make sure everything was fine. Took another woman in poor Dutch as well, who didn't know exactly what it was about. I explained everything and she assured me that she would pass it on to the technician who would come in the evening. In the end, nobody showed up. Professionalism is certainly lacking here.
