rude service. when leaving in the morning, it turned out that they changed the codes for the barrier and I had to wait 4 hours for the reception to open. when asked why nobody informed us "I don't know"

We had booked as part of Horse Sport Ireland to represent Ireland in show jumping in Litchenvoorde. We had booked seven nights recently but due to government restrictions the organisers of the show had to cancel. “bungalow.net” handle most of their bookings and refuse to refund us for part of our stay Mon - Wed which was part of two bookings we made plus we have been told that other participating families from the Irish Team have also had to deal with the same issues. Be strongly advised to read the terms and conditions and their Covid Guidelines regarding refunds. They have been very unreasonable and we will certainly not be using this venue again for any of our future shows in Litchenvoorde. Very disappointing overall.

We booked a Deluxe house for 3 weeks and paid upfront, but they accommodated us at smaller Comfort house hoping we wouldn't notice it. As soon as we realized we were in the smaller house they offered us a refund of 200 EUR or immediate checkout (no place to stay). Other places were booked so we were forced to stay. It was pathetic, because there were plenty of empty Deluxe houses. We came as a group of 6 family and relatives member for work & travel trip all the way from Poland. When checking in, they treated us as if we had come to the Netherlands only to steal or destroy everything in the cottage. Fortunately, we looked at Google's reviews of the deposit and took dozens of photos as soon as we checked in. A few days after we left, they contacted us claiming that we destroyed the vacuum cleaner button and blocked the drain pipes. They wanted to charge us 100 eur for the vacuum button (it worked but it was missing a plastic cover on the bottom - luckily we had a picture of the spoiled vacuum cleaner button from arrival day) and 100 eur for cleaning the pipes. We reported drainage issues during our stay but this was not fixed and we had to use the bathroom outside the house. Ultimately we were taken on a € 100 deposit for allegedly blocking the water drain after lengthy email conversations. I've been in many places through Booking.com, Airbnb etc. all over Europe but I have never encountered such rude and prejudiced staff. If you don't have to, find another place, and if you are already there - better take pictures of everything, because the policy of this facility is to earn on deposits! I'm happy to share more details and pictures for those who wishes to know more. One star for internet connection - it was working unexpectedly well.
