★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingeschakeld voor jobcoaching voor een werknemer en binnen 1,5 maand 2 jobcoaches gezien die beide weer weg gingen. Op die manier is er natuurlijk geen band te bouwen tussen werknemer en jobcoach en in mij ogen absoluut niet een manier om iemand te begeleiden. Dit heb ik na de 1e direct aangegeven. De 2e jobcoach, precies het zelfde verhaal, kwam na 2 weken met de mededeling dat er weer een vervanging zou komen. Werknemer is er behoorlijk door aangeslagen en heb daarom de samenwerking per direct stop gezet.
 Enabled for job coaching for an employee and saw 2 job coaches within 1.5 months who both left. In this way, of course, no bond can be built between employee and job coach and in my view absolutely no way to guide someone. I indicated this immediately after the 1st. The 2nd job coach, exactly the same story, came after 2 weeks with the announcement that there would be another replacement. The employee was seriously affected by it and therefore stopped the collaboration immediately.
