★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good spare ribs. Bones are just dropping clean from the meat. Love it. The marinade is also perfect. Can't find a good reason why the place is nearly empty every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upfront: the meat is excellent - really wonderful: soft and juicy inside yet crisp outside. Portions are huge so you get a lot for your money. The salat bar is a bit uncreative, hence, 4-stars would have been appropriate. Unfortunately, almost non of the aperitifs where available and the waitress didn’t care about it at all. The bottle wine I ordered was out as well and she served without any notice a different one. -1 star. Finally it turned out, that the restaurant does not accept CC-payments and I was forced to pay cash. I have to admit, this all is not state-of-the-art: -2 stars!
