Welkom als altijd!

We heten iedereen weer van harte welkom.

Een lekker glas wijn, een goed glas bier, een smaakvol gerecht. Wat hebben we de gezelligheid van het restaurant gemist en zijn blij jullie weer te mogen ontvangen als vanouds.

Voorlopig zijn we geopend van woensdag tot en met zondag. De actuele openingstijden staan bovenaan op de homepage.

Reserveren kan natuurlijk online, maar bellen mag natuurlijk ook. ( 0113-370262).

Voor wie ons nog niet kent:

Het industriële gebouw waar restaurant de Brouwerij in huist, imponeert direct. Dat is op zich al een goede reden om een bezoek te brengen. Bij binnenkomst neemt het interieur die rol over. U ziet meteen de koperen brouwketels, waar het restaurant zijn naam aan dankt. Al naar gelang het jaargetijde is er vast wel een plaatsje vrij om te genieten van bijvoorbeeld een goed glas bier, een lunch of diner.

De menukaart wisselt met de seizoenen. Er is altijd keuze uit smaakvolle vis, vlees en vegetarische gerechten. Een indruk van de menukaart vindt je op de website.

Kinderen zijn van harte welkom. Zomers is er altijd een springkussen in de tuin, op andere tijden zijn o.a. een trampoline en andere speeltoestellen beschikbaar. Tel daarbij de kindergerechtjes en u heeft er geen kind meer aan.

Vaak is er wel een plaatsje beschikbaar, maar – zeker deze zomer- is reserveren aan te raden. Dat kan telefonisch of online.

Kortom, wij nodigen u van harte uit om ons te bezoeken.

C	Cranisch Talir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for the dinner. Nice and spacious but also cosy place (room, garden and parking), pleasant people and very interesting selection of craft beers. We'll go there definitely again.

It's play heaven for kids with a large aircastle, trampoline and a swing. They've got a large amount of bottled craft beers and a few draft beers. You'll need more thsn one day to try them al! We've had the mussels and steak for dinner and it was yum. There is also enough parking space in front of the building.

Mistakes were in abundance and the open door into the kitchen gave the insight that the microwave was getting a work out. This restaurant has a lot of potential, the staff were friendly. It seems that they invest more on the building than in the quality of the experience.

Very nice terrace. Service was below average, the forgot my dessert order and it came in about 40 minutes after I reminded them. Probably would not go back.

M	Matthijs Keij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place on a sunny day with two families. The large terrace and outdoor area are perfect for kids. The restaurant is located in a former brewery. You can still order the beer from the brewer who crafted his beer in this place ("Kees" beer). They currently offer a 3 course menu and several starters and main courses. The staff is relaxed and very attentive. From the menu I'd definitely recommend the zucchini soup and the rhubarb dessert. Ideal place after a long day on one of the nearby beaches and resorts.
