★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De buitengevel van dit pand deed me op het verkeerde been zetten, was dit werkelijk het juiste adres dat me werd aangeraden door een vriend?
Eenmaal binnen was die twijfel snel verdwenen. Een prachtige ontvangsthal en fraai ingerichte eetzalen. Ons gezelschap van 4 personen arriveerde vrij vroeg (ca. 17:15 uur) en we werden geplaatst in het midden van een zaal waar een kwartiertje later aan een lange tafel pal naast ons een grote groep kwam te zitten. Of het door de akoustiek kwam, weet ik niet maar we moesten echt ons best doen om elkaar nog te kunnen verstaan. Mijn tip aan de uitbater is om daar rekening mee te houden.
Op het eten (want daar kwamen we tenslotte voor) viel niets aan te merken. Ook het bedienend personeel was vriendelijk en beleefd.

Once inside, that doubt quickly disappeared. A beautiful lobby and beautifully decorated dining rooms. Our party of 4 people arrived quite early (about 5:15 PM) and we were placed in the middle of a room where fifteen minutes later a large group was seated at a long table right next to us. I don't know if it was because of the acoustics, but we really had to do our best to be able to understand each other. My tip to the owner is to keep that in mind.
There was nothing to criticize about the food (because that's what we came for after all). The wait staff was also friendly and polite.
