Sinds 2001 runt Theo van Schie samen met zijn zoon Koen van Schie restaurant Lamme Goedzak. Dit restaurant is gebouwd in 1978 en gestart onder de naam Grillotheek. Jaren later is de naam Lamme Goedzak aan de gevel gehangen. Deze naam komt uit de boeken van Tijl Uilenspiegel. Een Lamme Goedzak stond bekend als iemand die hield van gezelligheid, lekker eten en drinken.

A great place to eat in Noordwijk, we would definitely recommend it as we ate there four times during our holiday (we never waited longer than about 20 minutes for our dinner). Our little son liked it there because of the colouring pens and little presents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing food. I recommend one of each. Also, they try their best to take into account allergies and picky eaters. We called beforehand to tell them this and they made a special meal with the ingredients he could eat. Props!
They did say to call a couple days early if we'd come again.
Also. It's not as cramped as a lot of the nearby restaurants.

We had Spare ribs and the Pasta with Gambas. Both were just 5/5. The ambience, service and the taste was to its best.
Do visit the place!!!!
We would surely visit it again....????
