Leermeesters
De dagelijkse leiding van De Ripper ligt al vele jaren bij vijf succesvolle en ervaren leermeesters. Vera, Roy en Rob werken in de keuken. Mildred en Therèse zijn als maîtres de vaste gezichten in de bediening. Zij zorgen er voor dat de jongeren vanaf de eerste dag werken in een vaste groep in een goedlopend restaurant. Ze zijn medeverantwoordelijk voor de goede zorg voor de gasten, zowel in de keuken als in de bediening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great concept. For a very reasonable set price you get to eat as many small dishes as you like (in rounds of 2 per person). Food was great and restaurant is really nicely decorated. Would also highly recommend staying at the hotel next door

A set price for the menu, each dish is a small culinary work with interesting flavors. The interior is really beautiful and the staff very nice.
Even for us as students it was very affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice restaurant. It’s an all you can eat concept À la carte. So you would expect a place filled with people who are stuffing themselves but NO! its classy, quality of the food is real high, the dishes are freshly made for you and the salmon in serrano ham is a real recommender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly stunning food and concept. For just 30 euros you can eat as much as you like from a selection of fine-dining quality small dishes. This is my new favourite restaurant. I love the fact that they help out youngsters who needed a new lease of life, meaning your money isn't just going to the pockets of a wealthy owner.
