β β β β β The hotel looks nice from the looks on the outside.The area is nice around the hotel. But the staff is not very friendly, most of them look bored and annoyed by any questions. By arriving we had a friendly check-in but that was all. The other girl sitting next to her was looking agitated and rolled her eyes for something my husband asked. The room was very outdated, beige badroom, brown furniture, weird dirty green carpet. It wasn't all that clean either, the bathroom had mold and so did the shower curtain, the curtains in the room we're really dusty. There was no AC, no minibar. The room was so warm. And the inconvenience of hearing everything from downstairs, neighbor guests was not very nice. The breakfast is really bad. Coffee machine was not working properly and some problems with the juice machine, 1 yoghurt to choose from, bread was tasting bland and the tables were still dirty from the previous eaters and it wasn't even busy. We payed 15β¬ p.p.! For a 4-star hotel this was not even close to four. Rather 2-star hotel. Water damage on the walls and old dirty looking hallway carpet. For this experience we are never coming to this hotel again. Fletcher should be ashamed of this hotel calling it a 4-stars hotel.. 2 stars for the nice check-in lady, friendly cleaning staff, parking spot and okay beds.

β β β β β A bit tatty, staff not particularly friendly. Good breakfast, comfortable beds. Rooms a bit stark. No self catering avaiabke, kettle or drink making facility in the room. Free wifi though and a nice kids room. Swimming pool was closed at this time of the year

β β β β β We had a joint collaboration for a "murder dinner". But it all looked very nice and there people working there were very kind and helpful. And as far as I could tell the food looked delicious.

β β β β β Very nice personnel, rooms are clean and spacious with free WiFi, there are many facilities to relax at and the parking is rather large.

β β β β β We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff was courteous. Loved the location and free parking. The small town is lovely at night (winter season). I would recommend to eat somewhere in town, as the hotel's menu is limited. Overall I'll stay again at this establishment.

β β β β β Hotel is correct even if bedrooms are a bit outdated. But very bad family experience in the restaurant. The service was very poor in all respect, we had to solicit staff for everything, order food, drinks, have glass on the children table.. a waiter even refused that we give a piece of our own bread to our 6 years old who was hungry waiting for his dish, because it is not "decent".

β β β β β The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Terrible customer service, fungus everywhere and just overall a terrible experience. Breakfast was β¬15, but the food was gross. Shouldn't even have to pay for such bad quality...

β β β β β We got a arrangement for 2 nights. The overall experience was very pleasant. Great hospitality. The restaurant was lovely. Not too expensive and the food was of great quality. The breakfast is included. It basically was a restaurant-ish Dining room. You could eat as much as you wanted, which I really like. Overall a great experience, great staff! Definitely recommending this to others.
