Chefkok Robin Drega werkt vanuit een klassiek Franse basis. Puur, eerlijk en zonder poespas. Klassiek betekent hier niet dat er bij Hermitage niet modern wordt gekookt. De ervaren Drega weet precies wat de moderne gastronomie inhoudt. Resulterend in verfijnde, culinaire creaties. Uitsluitend verse ingrediënten passende bij het seizoen en uitnodigend opgemaakte borden. Dit alles geserveerd met een glimlach en een ambiance die een warme en aangename sfeer uitademt.
Uiteraard wordt zowel in de keuken als in het restaurant gewerkt met oog voor een betere wereld.
Goed zijn voor mens, dier en milieu staat hoog in het vaandel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favorite restaurant in the area. Always friendly service, delicious food and good wine. The large terrace is the place to dine. It is often busy so best to reserve a table if you can. The menu covers different price classes but the quality is the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fabulous meal with my son here when visiting him in Zeist. Lovely atmosphere and setting, great service. We went for the Chef's tasting menu which was delightful and very good value. The wine list is great and reasonably priced. I will be coming again on my next visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit expensive, but a really nice place. Nice wines, good quality of food. I loved all the plates that I tried: carpaccio, tartar, fish, steak ( this was the least of all plates) and a tartaleta of chocolate.
Some waiters were really friendly, others just seemed in a rush.
