Y	Yonathan Zahavi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for one day for my girlfriends birthday, everything was fantastic! It was the best experience I have encountered with a hotel. Everything was clean, I asked them to do arrange champagne and roses on the bed and they did an amazing job, the restaurant was great and not expensive, the spa was nice. I have enjoyed my time and can not recommend this enough to other people. I,ve added a picture of the table in the room so you can fee the vibe.

We were lead to dressing rooms just to be send away after 3 min and had to wait for 30 min. Once the room was available all people who came after us went running, we finally got a spot after waiting 40 min. So no way it can be called exclusive or even relaxing. Waaay too overbooked as well. It's small and they let a lot of ppl in. Conclusion: I do not recommend.
D	Dana M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not like our experience, the food tasted as if they forgot to season it, and it had no creativity (it tasted like nothing). We also had a wine-menu, which did not match the food and generally had a very bland and cheap taste (it literally all tasted like water) the staff was friendly, but it couldn’t measure up, because price/quality-measure was down the floor. They acted like they were a top notch restaurant, however, it tasted worse than my own student cooking. When we informed them about our dissatisfaction, they compensated us with two free drinks (which were our espresso martini’s, which were definitely the most tasty part of our stay). I would not recommend this restaurant. However, no hate to the bediening ??

C	Chandni Sinha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Look, the hotel, reception and spa looked beautiful. But as we began to explore the place, there were quite a few drawbacks. We booked a 2-day wellness package which includes massages and peeling/packing options. I booked this weeks in advance thinking that if I have booked this package, the spa is going to reserve a spot for us. In the notes while booking I even mentioned I would like the treatments to be on the same day. I called 2 days before our check in and found out there was no spots reserved for us!! I did not understand the point of booking a wellness package for particular dates and not have reservations made. Anyway, we made the best of it, but had to get our massages right after breakfast the day of check-out, which was not very comfortable. Also, because of Spa not reserving any spots for us, we had to extend our check-out time just to avail the wellness package, and pay additional for late check out. I had also asked for additional service in the room as it was a surprise for my fiancé, but none of it was done and just ruined the surprise... Not a well planned experience overall. But I must say, the restaurant was amazing, great ambience and delicious food! We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner.
B	Barbara Tanzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Hotel Spa. We booked a junior suite for one night and they upgraded us to a presidential suite!! What a great surprise! We spent 2 days between the beautiful suite and the relaxing spa, which is very well equipped. Also trained in the gym, well equipped as well. The restaurant and bar offer excellent dishes for any taste, from nouvelle cousin to burgers and steaks. I highly recommend this hotel, I forgot about the outside world for the 2 days stay.
