F	Frank Wils on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant surprise! Hidden behind the modern facades of the buildings on the Wilhelminapier is this cosy atmospheric restaurant. Great ambience! It looks like the inside of an old monastery. Price-quality ratio excellent, with a 3-course dinner for 12,50 or the seasonal 3-course dinner for 14,50. Both with a 2,50 additional fee in the weekends. Some options in the 12,50 menu also have an additional fee. Portions are very satisfying and the food is fresh and tasty. Nothing extraordinary, of course, but good food for a great price! Service very friendly, not flawless, but solved with a smile!

However, we have had two main issues: 1) the long wait: it was a full house but still, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our main dish; 2) more seriously, one of us ordered seabrass and it was served raw. When we told the waitress, she was very kind and offered to fix it for us. I said that wasn't necessary as we had been waiting for so long already. Upon paying the bill, I told the other waitress that we had an issue with the fish and she said "our colleague tasted it and he said it was fine, perhaps it's just your taste". Well, i know what uncooked fish smells and tastes like and serving uncooked fish is just dangerous. Awful, awful, awful customer service. If you don't know how to cook and how to treat customers, then pick a different profession. Plenty of better alternatives around here to pick from, don't risk it.
