W	Wilfred Pennekamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op een regenachtige avond liepen wij vanaf landgoed Daelenbroeck, via de Kasteellaan, naar het dorp Herkenbosch. Het eten in het kasteel is heerlijk maar heeft een beperkte kaart. Vandaar dat wij op zoek waren naar een goed restaurant. Dat vonden wij in La Diligence, een fijn restaurant met een mooie kaart. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten en hebben fantastisch gegeten. Super Marcel en team, mochten jullie ooit richting Noord-Holland verhuizen, laat het mij dan even weten. Wilfred en Jacqueline On a rainy evening we walked from the Daelenbroeck estate, via the Kasteellaan, to the village of Herkenbosch. The food in the castle is delicious but has a limited menu. That is why we were looking for a good restaurant. We found that in La Diligence, a nice restaurant with a nice menu. We were warmly welcomed and had a fantastic dinner. Gastvrijheid is een vak wat men hier verstaat, en de keuken sluit naadloos aan. Dikke dikke aanrader What a nice pleasant evening we had! We had dinner with six men, someone with diet wishes was also fully catered for! Hospitality is a profession that is understood here, and the kitchen fits seamlessly. Thick thick recommendation

En particulier, très bonne maîtrise de la cuisine autour de l'asperge blanche en pleine saison. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de manger sur place (confinement covid19) mais le restaurateur avait bien préparé les choses pour que le takeaway nous donne pleine satisfaction. Je reviendrai y manger quand je pourrai, idéalement pour découvrir le reste de la carte, le service en salle et la carte des vins. We directly recognize a talent in the choice of products, their preparation and the presentation of the plate. In particular, very good knowledge of cooking around white asparagus in high season. I did not have the opportunity to eat there (covid19 confinement) but the restaurant owner had prepared things well so that the takeaway gave us full satisfaction. I will come back to eat there when I can, ideally to discover the rest of the menu, the room service and the wine list.
