Very nice view for this restaurant but very average service, unpleasant attitude of the server not wishing to converse in English,

We spoke to the waiter who solely explained to us that "the food has been waiting in the kitchen for a while". Considering the high price for the food (we paid 340 Euros for 4 people) we were quite astonished by this lack of service.
