De nieuwe chef en het personeel raken beter op elkaar ingespeeld en hoewel nog niet vlekkeloos: het eten dat het team neerzet is heerlijk. Bijzondere smaken. Menu wisselt zeer regelmatig, dus vraag vooral de chef wat hij op de dag zelf aanbeveelt. Wij aten een bijzonder lekkere tartaar en spinaziesalade vooraf; zacht gegaarde ossenwang en zeebaars met rode parelcouscous als hoofd. De koffie-crème brulee met kardemom was zalig en werd gelukkig zonder ijs of slagroom geserveerd. Hopelijk vinden ze nog wat extra ervaren keukenpersoneel om ook op de drukke avonden de snelheid te garanderen. Het is het waard! Eat three weeks after the new opening: smart choice. The new chef and staff are better attuned to each other and although not yet flawless: the food that the team puts down is delicious. Special flavors. Menu changes very regularly, so ask the chef in particular what he recommends on the day itself. We ate a particularly tasty tartare and spinach salad beforehand; softly cooked ox cheek and sea bass with red pearl couscous as head. The coffee creme brulee with cardamom was delicious and was happily served without ice or whipped cream. Hopefully they will find some extra experienced kitchen staff to guarantee speed even on busy evenings. It's worth it!

Alleen was niet duidelijk wat voor soort kaas het was. Er staat bij “even gelegen” wat niet een standaard classificatie is voor kaas. Gevraagd welke kaas het hier betrof en ze wist het niet zeker. Ik zeg als het belegen is goed maar liever heb ik oude kaas. En graag mosterd erbij. Ze kwam terug net de melding: “Oude kaas is er dus doen we dat!” Ik moet zeggen dat het een prima broodje was met lekkere kaas. Dus tot zover geen klachten. Bediening was ook vlot en vriendelijk. Maar toen kwam de rekening: € 9,20 in plaats van de € 6,70 op de kaart. Een toeslag van € 2,50 voor oude kaas ipv belegen? Is het gouden kaas of oude kaas? Dat is niet gemeld vooraf... vreemd Na reclamatie werd er een beetje lacherig gedaan en de Dame liep weg met de woorden: “ik gooi het in de groep” Ik antwoordde: “ik gooi het even op Internet” For lunch, enjoy a good cheese sandwich. Zeker aan te bevelen. Beautiful brasserie with beautiful dishes. Pleasant atmosphere, female service could be a bit more professional, although the waiter made up for it. I recommend it.
