★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteravond hier gegeten. Laat ik maar meteen met de deur in huis vallen, leuke inrichting en hele gezellige sfeer en goede bediening. Meat lovers kunnen hier heel goed terecht. Eet je geen vlees? Dan is het een afrader.
Misschien zijn de a la carte gerechten heel goed en viel het verrassingsmenu tegen? Zou ook kunnen. Wellicht is aan de kaart meer aandacht besteed dan aan het verrassingsmenu. En dat is jammer.
Steak tartaar was heel erg lekker. Al viel de smaak van het tartaar wel een beetje weg bij de andere smaken. Entrecote en de saus waren ook heel erg lekker. De rode mul met pompoen waren helaas niet zo lekker: pompoen smaakte muf. Snoekbaars was ook minder goed en bouillon had weinig smaak.
Bediening is een jonge brigade met vlotte babbels. Dat maakt het leuk en gezellig. Ik heb drie sterren gegeven vanwege de vis. Als het vlees was zou het zeker 5 sterren zijn geworden. Kortom absolute aanrader voor vleeseters. En voor pescetariërs zou ik doorlopen naar een ander restaurant.
 Had dinner here last night. Let me get straight to the point, nice decor and a very cozy atmosphere and good service. Meat lovers are very welcome here. Don't you eat meat? Then it is not recommended.
Maybe the a la carte dishes are very good and the surprise menu was disappointing? Could also. Perhaps more attention has been paid to the menu than to the surprise menu. And that's a shame.
Steak tartare was very tasty. Although the taste of the tartare was a bit lost in the other flavors. Sirloin steak and the sauce were also very tasty. The red mullet with pumpkin was unfortunately not so good: pumpkin tasted stale. Zander was also less good and broth had little taste.
Service is a young brigade with smooth chats. That makes it nice and cozy. I gave three stars because of the fish. If it was meat it would have been 5 stars for sure. In short, an absolute must for meat eaters. And for pescetarians I would move on to another restaurant.
