In de keuken staat de Italiaanse brigade klaar. Er wordt uitsluitend gebruik gemaakt van verse, eerlijke en seizoensgebonden producten.

Wij serveren uitsluitend Italiaanse wijnen. Op de wijnkaart staat aangegeven welke wijnen per glas en per fles beschikbaar zijn. Indien u dat wenst worden alle gangen geserveerd met bijpassende Italiaanse wijnen.
U vindt onder andere wijnen van het druivenras Nerello mascalese. Dit is een aromatisch blauwe druivenras uit Sicilië. Ze is krachtig van smaak en groeit op de flanken van de vulkaan Etna in Sicilië. De druif levert lichtgekleurde rode wijnen op met frisse aciditeit. Ze heeft een geparfumeerd floraal karakter, ondersteund door zacht aardbei fruit. De smaak van de wijn is voortreffelijk en heeft zelfs geïnspireerd tot de naamgeving van het restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is excellent. This is a very good Italian restaurant, with a nice interior and really nice people. Pricing is pretty ok, the wines are tasty, and the dishes are well composed and obviously made with love.
That said, please change the music. Weird lounge and bad cover songs. It doesn’t fit the place. But this really is the only negative thing I could think of. We had a great meal ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a truffle pasta and Burrato which was average. But what really bothered us was the service. We kept waiting for the waiter to serve us. They completely ignored us. The menu took ages to be given. We assumed it was Friday evening rush. Then post dinner we waited for 20 min for the dessert menu. The waiter went to everyone except us. We then asked for the bill and left. Avoid if you want customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the dishes we ordered were very tasteful and nicely presented. We had a great overall experience with perhaps one exception with the meat of the day (part of the chefs day menu) that was not as great as the rest we ordered. We recommend it and will visit it again!
