Not very expensive, very good situation, very beautiful restaurant. But the food lacks a little of quality. the inner part of restaurant is very beautiful and considerable.

The environment outside on the terrace is great and the staff very kind and helpful. The quality of the meal was very good and it's presentation unique! The only negative is that the price is too high for the quantity of the food.

Possibly my favourite restaurant in the world. The food is excellent and the service is superb. I would highly recommend the lobster and armagnac bisque and, if you are with friends, the mirror platter of chocolate desserts. The mirror platter of sea food delights is also not to be sniffed at.

I just can't believe people actually like this kind of place. A terribly overpriced restaurant (with a menu in faux French and prices going above €100 for a menu per person) with a lack of atmosphere that even has the staff whispering to each other. We were hustled here by a local hotel-owner who's mother owns the restaurant and before we knew he had reserved a table here and told us it was the best in town, so that's why we went. When we arrived, we were amazed by the decor that was just as ugly as it was old, not even redeeming itself by a vintage or antique factor. The staff, who were nice but clearly undermanaged as they did their best but were obviously not happy with how things were run in the restaurant, explained to us that the restaurant's specialty were their mirror's: basically some different mixed platters which they served, in this case on an actual mirror. We thanked them kindly for this and went for the cheapest menu since we were already so disappointed by the whole thing but it was too late to find something else, which was still €30 for soup and a main course (and not even mentioned on the menu but the staff informed us. Cheapest on the menu was €45). When we wanted to order a bottle of wine (€37,50), the waiter told us that this was sold out, and recommended the €60 bottle of Chablis instead. We just decided to go with a glass of house wine. What followed was more like a trip to a kitch museum than an actual dinner, and we were very surprised with almost every element of every dish that they managed to make it even more cringeworthy. Serving sweet chili sauce with asparagus soup to dip the accompanying brique in? In an establishment that sees itself as a fine-dining place? And finding the two flimsiest asparagus in the middle of the asparagus season and serving them with cooked to death pork rolled in bacon is almost an accomplishment. Same goes for the fish, which was actually a decent piece of fish and hard to mess up, but served on a glass plate which came straight from the 70's. Our neighbours (which was the only other table filled this night, on a Saturday) actually ordered the mirror plates and we were amused to the point of having to hold our laughs in by how campy they were able to make them look. A full size mirror on the table filled with martini glasses with cherry tomatoes, 1 piece of sate in a jam jar, empty sea shells with shrimps draped over them and other culinary findings that seem to come straight out of an archeological dig site. We did have a very special evening as you don't come across these kinds of places very often. My partner commented that this was exactly the kind of place which would turn people off from going to restaurants ever again. Pretentious, far, FAR too expensive for what you get, with staff that clearly knows their products are not up too par. But when there's not a lot of other options, this is where you end up. If you want to have a special night full of awkward laughs, go here. But otherwise, save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

Best restaurant I’ve ever been. Super delicious food. Staff is very professional and respectful. Prices might be above average, but so is the quality. Worth every β€˜cent’. I have been there a couple of times, mostly for dinner but high tea is highly recommended as well.
