★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place this is. It is a bit upscale and pricy but boy, what you get for it is totally awesome. A lot of local products, sometimes served in dishes I would not have expected.
Only downside, we visited there when we were not completely sober, toting big boxes of wine bottles we bought at a wine tasting earlier (and which they let us store in the kitchen area very kindly), so I'm afraid that
I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great restaurant hidden away near an overpass on the border of Arnhem city center. No menus, only tasty surprises. Friendly and helpful staff. Head chef who’s also owner serves out the main course. Very delicious food with an unusual ingredient or two / twist. Recommended for a special occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there on Sunday. They have a manu to finish all the leftover ingredients (no food waste). Good idea! 6 courses. We really like all the dishes. A lot of veggies. Inexpensive. Fish soup with crab and shrimp was great. All dishes were carefully made and put together. We ordered also the non-alcohol drink arrangement. It was delicious. Not too sweet. Very special. It was also nice to catch a glimpse of Estee, the chef, working in the kitchen. :) We were there last time in 2007 and now she improved a lot. We will go back again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing restaurant this is! The ambiance is great, the staff is extremely lovely and food is more than superb. I wouldn't be surprised if Michelin payed this restaurant a visit in the future.
We went on zero waste day (Sunday), where the chefs prepare you several courses (at least 4) from food left over from the preceding week. Even for me, and I am quite picky, it was extremely delicious. I'm definitely going to let me surprise by the chefs again soon!
