★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Amazing! Loved the food, loved the style, loved the people and I thought the price was right for ehat we got. The service was great. The lady was really thoughtfull for my friend who was pregnant and my mother who's diabetes.
But I changed my starts.. Cause the second time we arrived it was so good. It was very simple. The waiter was new and didn't remember all the ingredients, all the wall paintings werent hanging straight and it was either way to salt or too sweet. Apperently there was a different cook that evening. Probably won't visit again any time soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is stylish and beutiful but the deliverables do not match the expectations: the staff is friendly, they put quite some effort and creativity in preparing their dishes never the less some weird combinations were really inappropriate for my taste.
I saw other clients drinking beer with a fish menu: maybe they love the proposed mix.
Please not give up on creativity but the combinations should be meaningful, not random, gey some good consultant from Japan or Italy.

We had a surprise menu and every dish was very well thought out. Mine had a lot of duck and goose meat where my wife had the vegetarian option.
The service was impeccable!
The location is really nice with good views on the harbor. If you are in Harlingen it is worth having diner here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place, the price is a bit higher than average, but you get such good service and such good and tasty food. The place was completely full, for covid reasons, but the staff was really really good. The food is rated a Michelin star so the food is tasty and you don't pay so much more :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Fabulous. An excellent fine dining experience from amuse to dessert. Thoughtful, knowledgeable presentation and flavors, 90% perfect wine pairings (I'm just not a huge fan of a heavy chardonnay). Not one, but two seashells involved in the meal, and the servers were friendly and attentive all the way through our 3.5 hour gastronomic journey. Hat's off, Havenmantsje! Thank you for a memorable 5th wedding anniversary dinner.
