★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a sunny dat a nice spot to have a drink or something simple to eat. Meanwhile you can enjoy the boats passing by.
There is also the possebility to entre the restaurant. Where you can see old memorible things from the past an a nice fireplace.
By the way, to go to the restaurant, you first gave to make a little boatride!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, directly at the water. Taking the ferry to the island only adds to the magic. Service bit robotic, one of the dishes served was not well done. Rest of the food was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got there at 15:00h which, according to the information here, indicated that the restaurant should be open, but it wasn't. We asked a local where we could park, and were informed that parking on that side was only for residents. We should have parked on the other side and come over on the ferry without the car. The driver of the ferry was very friendly (€4,85 return trip), but otherwise a huge disappointment driving there from Egmond and finding it closed.
