β β β β β Heel lekker authentiek Iraaks eten. Met name is de Kabab (geen dΓΆner maar gehakt op spiesjes), verse Tannoer (kleioven) plat brood maar ook de Shawarma (eigenlijk Gass) die het lekkerste als broodje in lekker Iraaks vloerbrood.
Voor de gevorderde of degene die het durft is Patsja (geen pasta!) op bestelling te krijgen. Dat is ouderwets stevige hap van schapen hersenen, tong en hoofdvlees.
En nieuw item: traditioneel Baghdadi Masgoef vis: vis gebarbecued op spiesen. zeker doen!!
Very tasty authentic Iraqi food. In particular, the Kabab (no doner but minced meat on skewers), fresh Tannur (clay oven) flat bread but also the Shawarma (actually Gass), which is most delicious as a sandwich in tasty Iraqi floor bread.
For the advanced or those who dare, Patsja (not pasta!) Can be ordered. That is an old-fashioned solid bite of sheep's brain, tongue and head meat.
A new item: traditional Baghdadi Masgoef fish: fish barbecued on skewers. certainly do!!
