★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I‘ve ordered the H1 Ultimo and later on the XB35 H1 4300k HID Kit. Both products arrived without damage. The installation needs to be prepared really well if you want this so go smooth. Retrofitlab will help you if you send them a mail. Even with my normal halogen bulb the light output is insane. The cutoff is super clear and does not blind others. Only the shipping took a little longer than expected. But thats not your fault guys :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would normally wait to receive the items before submitting a review, but hey, shipment via PostNL is an absolute joke.
Retrofitlab estimated the delivery to 5-7 days, immediately handed the package over to PostNL and 12 days later, the package has not even arrived at the destination COUNTRY, all these with a delivery price of about ~30 euros, whereas next-day-air of UPS for small packages is at about 10 euros for Greece (from Holland).
Even if the product proves to be of the highest quality, the overall purchase experience is significantly degraded - with no remediation actions. Please re-evaluate this....

I started whit the right side, and the difference is big! And it was very easy to install, the installation video from Retrofitlab is on youtube.

I paid the extra because of the so called great customer service.
In my case customer service was rubbish and I recieved no help with the install at all!!!
Would I buy again NO as I could of bought the exact same quality lighting elsewhere for half the price.
