★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben hier echt zwaar teleurgesteld in. Ze hebben het geld aangenomen van de verzekering en totaal niets bijgedragen aan mijn zorg vraag deze stond zwart op wit op papier. Ik ben geen stap verder dit gaat over gedrags verandering dit hebben ze nooit verteld aan mij ik was hier anders ook nooit naar tow gegaan. ik ben afgekeurd op mijn kniee en wilde weten wat ik nog wel kan zonder in een rolstoel te belanden wel officeel excuses gehad maar met mijn vraag om het geld terug te storten naar de verzekering is geen gehoor aangegeven . Vriendelijke personeel maar de plank volledig mis geslagen.
I am really very disappointed with this. They took the money from the insurance and contributed nothing to my care question, this was written in black and white on paper. I am no further this is about behavioral change they have never told me I would never have gone to tow here otherwise. I was rejected on my knee and wanted to know what I can still do without ending up in a wheelchair, but had an official apology, but with my request to return the money to the insurance, no response was indicated. Friendly staff but completely missed the mark.
