Zero stars. Have had 3 failed deliveries so far, and when you call you are kept on hold for at least 40 minutes. I called at 9.25pm tonight, then when next in the queue, 10pm rolls around and they simply disconnected the call. Missed a day of work to stay in for it, and stayed in for 5 hours straight on 2 occasions. And work phone is still not here. Worst delivery company ever.

Not even worth 1star. Worse dilevery company ever. Canceling my order and blaming my telecom company whom dont knowv anything about cancelation Further more. Trying to get in contactwith1 of the employees Result. Phoned 2 times on 1 day. First from 11am til 14:00. No awnser. Just an awnsering device telling multiple different average waiting time. Tried in the afternoon. 19:00.average waiting time 58 minuten , 2minites later it is 18 minute. 10 minuten later it is 35 minute. Its insane how bad this company is reachable

We get a weekly delivery for already 10 weeks from this company. If the first 3 deliveries went without trouble, now every week we hate it. Our front door is on a waterfront, exactly 67 meter from the street where you can park. Now Reviva's drivers phone us every week to not come to our door. Post nl, DHL, GLS have no trouble complying with their delivery at our front door as they have to... why can't you Reviva?

Maikel was very friendly. He also called to check if we were home. We ordered a food package which was moved in a cooled box and we were very happy with this delivery!

The REVIVA delivery service is excellent! Notification of expected delivery is received the day before, complete with packing list. On the day of delivery, REVIVA have a Track & Trace system where a more accurate time-frame of arrival is advised. In addition, the driver will text or call within 5(ish) minutes of arrival... and goods delivered by a friendly face. Thoroughly recommend!

I love their communication. They clearly say when they will deliver, and stick to their word. I even got to see a picture of my delivery person in advance, and that felt very safe. The delivery was handled with care and all communication was friendly and cheerful. I will order again.

Absolutely incapable couriers. They were supposed to pick up a laptop & phone. Instead of calling or actually stopping at the office that selected as a location the courier decided to just enter in the system that he couldn't reach me. Thorough training and hiring might help this company to get at least some quality to fulfil what should be an easy task.

Since I have been in the Nederland, I have never seen any courier company that is as bad as Reviva. Imagine my delivery was dated for 120 minutes. If it stopped there. It would have been nice but they kept on extending it till I got mad. Its a bad company thrus me.
