K	Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei strömenden Regen musste ich leider mit dem Roller die Fähre nehmen, in der Hoffnung schneller ins trockene zu kommen. Auf der anderen Seite angekommen, wollte ich hinter einem Auto runter fahren, als der Mitarbeiter von hinten rief das die Autos als erstes dürfen. un als ich durch den Helm rief was den los sei kam er mir näher un sagte die Autos sollen als erstes fahren un sagte ich solle in Zukunft lieber ausenrum fahren un wurde aggressiv dat is ein no go Also ich muss echt sagen sowas geht garnicht. Un is das letzt echt schade In the pouring rain I unfortunately had to take the ferry with the scooter, hoping to get dry faster. Arrived on the other side, I was about to drive down behind a car when the employee called from behind that the cars should be the first to be allowed. And when I called through the helmet what was going on, he came closer to me and said the cars should go first and said I should rather drive outside in the future and became aggressive that is a no go So I really have to say that is not possible. And that's a shame in the end

Great that there is this ferry connection. Precise application is always a highlight. Thanks to the ferry people! A mini relaxation across the Rhine.

Stressig, zu lange Wartezeit. Kassierer total überfordert. Leider von 4 Sternen auf gut verdiente 2 abgerutscht. Fast, reliable, a bit expensive for the motorcyclists, otherwise ok Addendum from 04/25/21: We had never had the motorcycles so close together on any ferry. Stressful, waiting too long. Cashier totally overwhelmed. Unfortunately, it slipped from 4 stars to a well-deserved 2.
S	Sandra H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr praktisch und ohne Komplikationen. Man muss nicht aussteigen und ist in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Rheinseite :) Very practical and without complications. You don't have to get off and you can be on the other side of the Rhine in 5 minutes :)
