★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf. In januari 2021 offerte laten maken en goedgekeurd. Aanvankelijk was de intentie de buitenboel schilderen eind augustus begin najaar. Tegen de zomer van 2021 maar eens contact gezocht (na 2x een mailtje en diverse belletjes uiteindelijk in augustus contact gekregen). Toen een heel verhaal over het slechte weer en een medewerker die weg was en daardoor uitloop. Allemaal begrijpelijk maar informeer je toegezegde klanten dat je planning uitloopt. Nu in januari 2022 maar weer eens contact gezocht hoe de vlag erbij hangt. Wederom een heel verhaal over uitloop, lastige planning vanwege nieuwbouw en geen enkele garantie, behalve dat hij zijn best gaat doen. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld, communicatie is het minste wat je kunt doen als bedrijf.
Very disappointed with this company. Have a quote made and approved in January 2021. Initially the intention was to paint the outside at the end of August early autumn. We contacted them by the summer of 2021 (after 2x an email and several calls, finally got in touch in August). Then a whole story about the bad weather and an employee who was away and therefore walked out. All understandable, but inform your promised customers that your schedule is running late. Now in January 2022, I contacted you again about how the flag is hanging. Again a whole story about running out, difficult planning due to new construction and no guarantee whatsoever, except that he will do his best. I am very disappointed, communication is the least you can do as a company.
