Onze C4 Picasso was technisch prima in orde, maar er bleek een elektrisch probleem in een raammechanisme te zitten… Top opgelost door alle betrokken onderdelen kostenloos te vervangen… Leenauto en koffie stond steeds klaar, helemaal fijn! Ik zeg, fijn bedrijf! A great company where you as a customer are not just a number…! Our C4 Picasso was technically fine, but there turned out to be an electrical problem in a window mechanism… Top solved by replacing all parts involved free of charge… Loaner car and coffee was always ready, which was great! Na vele jaren nieuwe auto's durfden we nu een duurdere gebruikte auto aan. Hiervan geen moment spijt gehad. Aardige mensen, mooie zaak, alles goed georganiseerd, schoon en efficiënt en prettig geprijsde auto's. We zijn zeer blij met onze E en genieten er elke dag van. Als we weer in de buurt zijn, dan komen we graag even op de koffie en voor een aai aan de hond Chef. Wij bevelen Rijken Auto's van harte aan. Looking for a good reliable Mercedes E with low km via the internet. In July last came into contact with this family business. After many years of new cars, we now dared to buy a more expensive used car. Never regretted this for a moment. Nice people, nice place, everything well organised, clean and efficient and nice priced cars. We are very happy with our E and enjoy it every day. J	Jeroen Durand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is nu bijna 3 weken geleden dat ik mijn MINI Clubman JCW heb opgehaald bij Rijken Auto's. Wat een Super Mooie en Stoere bak is dit zeg. Nog steeds als ik er naar kijk, start of er in rij heb ik de grootste glimlach op mijn gezicht. Het is ook een hele fijn ervaring om daar een auto te kopen want je bant geen nummer maar echt een klant. Ze zijn er heel erg vriendelijk, aardig en het is er gewoon gezellig. Helaas voor Rijken zal ik niet snel naar ze terug gaan. Dit omdat ik heel erg lang in mijn stoere MINI wil blijven rijden. Sorry. Ondanks ze heel wat mooie auto's hebben staan. Goed en fijn bedrijf die ik zeker aan mensen zal aan bevelen als ze een andere auto willen. Met vriendelijke groeten, Jeroen It has now been almost 3 weeks since I picked up my MINI Clubman JCW at Rijken Auto's. What a Super Beautiful and Tough tank this is. Still when I look at it, start or queue up I have the biggest smile on my face. It is also a very nice experience to buy a car there because you are not banning a number but a real customer. They are very friendly, nice and it's just cosy. Unfortunately for Rich, I won't be going back to them anytime soon. This is because I want to keep driving my cool MINI for a very long time. Sorry. c	ciobanu cristian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seller that don't have word.I've buyed a Volkswagen Touran from his shop and he didn't tell me about the problems that the car have it.On the way home i was forced to call a platform car to carry my car almost 2000 km in my country. When i arrived home i contact him and he looked verry surprised that the car have direction on left wheel broken,the back suspension ,and the oil was unchanged from almost 25.000 km and no word from him about none of those. In the beggining he admit that i am right and tell me that he will refund 200 euro, but after he read this review he send a message to me to tell me that he cancelled the payment. MY ADVICE FOR YOU ALL IS TO NOT BUY CARS FROM HIM !!!! Don't trust him!!! I HAVE PAYED 1500 EURO TO REPAIR AND TRANSPORT THE CAR TO MY HOME.

They then cancel on the day I was supposed to come there and say the car is sold to someone else. This just shows zero customer respect, they could have proposed some alternatives. I had to take off work for this, make appointments... what a waste of time! STAY AWAY from them. Edit: they called me to explain very abruptly, no apology, these guys are unbelievebly rude and lacking in communication.
