★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1e instructrice heb ik letterlijk mijn geld aan weggegooid (ilona)De hele tijd was ze met haar telefoon bezig en alleen maar aan het schreeuwen. Naderhand een nieuwe instructeur gekregen dit was een goede instructeur (Albert). Kortom veel te lang geduurd voor te veel geld.
1st instructor I literally threw away my money (ilona) The whole time she was on her phone and just screaming. Got a new instructor afterwards this was a good instructor (Albert). In short, it took too long for too much money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dekker was not my first choice as seemed to be more expensive than the other schools. After 60 lessons and 3 failed exams (you have to keep taking lessons in between exams which then piles up) I learned on hard way that the price should not be deciding factor. For getting a driving license in NL, you need the best driving school, not the cheapest one. With this said, you need Dekker. They have new cars and highly trained and experienced instructors. I am deeply grateful to instructor Jack on his teaching methods and excellent approach to me as someone who was insecure and scared of driving. It is impressive what he acomplished with me in a really short time. I passed my exam and cannot be happier. With all my heart and with good intentions to all future drivers, I highly recommend Dekker as the best school you can have. Good luck drivers-to-be???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Dekker Driving School. I am very satisfied with how the driving lessons are organized, the five hours' module day, the skid course and so on. My instructor Roland is so professional and also very nice, patient and encouraging. He gives very clear explanations and he can answer all kinds of questions regarding the driving and the car itself. Besides, it is very flexible regarding the planning of lessons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school has good instructors but ridiculously bad customer service.
I have a Dutch driving licence and several years of daily driving experience. However, for the past 5 years I was always opting for a bicycle and didn't drive at all. That's why I signed up with this school to have a package of driving lessons to refresh my skills.
My first contact happened to be directly with instructor and I received 2 lessons right away. After that instructor went on ~6 month holidays, so I needed a new instructor. And this is where school simply stopped any actions on scheduling new lessons.
In the course of over 3 weeks school have not contacted me to schedule lessons. I have called to school myself multiple times (once a week during those 3 weeks for sure) and every time the answer was "Oh, sorry, we'll schedule it today or tomorrow latest" but nothing was ever scheduled. However, I received their bill right on time and with a short payment notice, so accounting works like a charm.
In a nut shell I am deeply disappointed: my time and money invested but not a single contact back from the driving school. Will not advice it to anyone.
