★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het personeel hier is inderdaad onvriendelijk en soms zelfs gewoon asociaal. Als de scanner voor de OV-fiets niet werkt, moet je het zelf maar uitzoeken. Ze zeggen bel maar met de klantenservice, maar die kon ook niets doen. Als ik de volgende keer een huurfiets in Nijmegen nodig heb ga ik elders om niet bedrogen uit te komen. Je fiets parkeren kun je sowieso beter in Doornroosje doen of eventueel in de gratis fietsenstalling ernaast. De bewaking stelt soms ook weinig voor. Sommige mensen lopen gewoon door zonder controle.
 The staff here are indeed unfriendly and sometimes even just anti-social. If the OV-bicycle scanner does not work, you have to figure it out yourself. They say call the customer service, but they couldn't do anything. The next time I need a rental bike in Nijmegen, I go elsewhere to avoid being disappointed. You can park your bike better anyway in Doornroosje or possibly in the free bicycle parking next door. The surveillance sometimes also means little. Some people just keep walking without checking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb hier mijn fiets naartoe gebracht om een ventiel te laten repareren, maar toen ik mijn fiets weer kwam ophalen was mijn versnellingskabel ineens doorgeknipt. Ze beweerden dat dit niet bij hun is gebeurd en dat ik dus voor de reparatie moet betalen, terwijl de fiets 5 dagen in hun stalling heeft gestaan en de kabel er daarvoor gewoon nog opzat.
I brought my bike here to have a valve repaired, but when I came to pick up my bike again, my gear cable was suddenly cut. They claimed that this has not happened to them and that I therefore have to pay for the repair, while the bike has been in their storage for 5 days and the cable was still attached to it.
