★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 sterren, dik verdiend! Vandaag begeleidde ik een cliënt bij ziekenhuisafspraak. Bij vertrek vanuit ziekenhuis, bleken er problemen te zijn met onze taxi (andere vervoerder!). Cliënt en ik zaten met handen in het haar. We konden niet naar huis. Een chauffeur van Rima zat toevallig bij ons in dezelfde hal. Hij had blijkbaar wat meegeluisterd. Chauffeur van Rima heeft aangeboden (kosteloos) om ons te brengen. Nota bene in zijn pauze tijd!! Ontzettend vriendelijk en geduldig behandeld door de chauffeur. Bedankt!
 5 stars, well deserved! Today I assisted a client with a hospital appointment. Upon departure from the hospital, there appeared to be problems with our taxi (other carrier!). Client and I were hands on hair. We could not go home. A Rima driver happened to be in the same hall with us. He had apparently listened. Driver of Rima has offered (free of charge) to bring us. Note in his break time !! Incredibly friendly and patiently treated by the driver. Thanks!
