★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s such a nice experience when you meet the director of the Rimowa store in Amsterdam right after you got out off the tram. Warranty claim process was super fast. My wheels were squeaking and they replaced immediately. Really good store great experience!

They have all the styles and are willing to show them to you upon request if not already on display. I will highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new luggage to shop with them!

My lock was not functioning after trying 000-999 so I travelled with the heavy suitcase to this store - the store manager managed to fix it within 30 seconds. Also, he noticed my wheels were squeaky due to old age and changed them for me with new ones free of charge! Really friendly and top notch customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimowa has the best stuff, beautiful store and products, yet the arrogant little sales guy should not represent a brand like this. Usually when someone is buying a 900$ suitcase he should be able to ask as many questions he likes. If you add prices on the suitcase, i don't have to ask prices for each suitcase, but this guy was obviously annoyed by it. even though the store was completely empty besides me inside. I left and purchased at the Beijenkorf just because of him. little man syndrome and for me a reason not to buy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally I was gonna buy my Rimowa when I fly to Frankfurt tomorrow. But luckily I went into Rimowa of Amsterdam. Not only they have great collections there, the store manager Mr. Kamil Özbek was very friendly and helpful, he made us feel like home. So I ended up purchased two Sport Topaz, one Topaz Stealth, and one Limbo. Kamil even helped me walked back to Marriott Hotel. I will definitely recommend one coming to Amsterdam to shop here! Thank you Kamil!
