★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De inspectie van het riool kon op zeer korte termijn, dit was top. Vervolgens meer dan 1 maand gewacht op een offerte voor reparatie. Na meerdere keren bellen eindelijk een offerte ontvangen. Vragen over de offerte en gewenste wijzigingen blijven tot dusver onbeantwoord (inmiddels ook al weer 3 weken geleden). Hier ook al herhaaldelijk achteraan gebeld.
The sewer inspection could be done in a very short time, this was great. Then waited more than 1 month for a quote for repair. Finally received a quote after calling several times. Questions about the quotation and desired changes remain unanswered so far (now also 3 weeks ago). Also called repeatedly at the back here.

Na mijn verhaal van de telefonische calculatie was het excl. BTW.
Raar verhaal! Hopelijk hebben ze hun werk wel goed gedaan....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flinke verstopping in de keuken (gootsteen afvoer). In het doolhof van gevonden 'loodgieters Zwolle' werd ik (via Schraa) naar Rio Garantieplan verwezen. Gebeld, werd netjes te woord gestaan - in tegenstelling tot de meeste andere loodgieters die ik geprobeerd had te bereiken tussen kerst en oudjaar. De loodgieter kon dezelfde dag nog komen, ik werd vooraf gewezen op het vaste bedrag van 140,-. Vond ik een flink bedrag, maar ik kan niet echt vergelijken (geen ervaring mee). Was er inderdaad op tijd, en heeft het probleem professioneel opgelost en is zelfs in de kruipruimte geweest om daar de afvoer door te zagen, te ontstoppen en weer te repareren. Bedrag werd ongeveer 10,- meer door gebruik van apparatuur. Ik ben tevreden!
Severe blockage in the kitchen (sink drain). In the labyrinth of found 'plumbers Zwolle' I was referred (via Schraa) to the Rio Garantieplan. Called, answered politely - unlike most other plumbers I'd tried to reach between Christmas and New Years. The plumber was able to come the same day, I was informed in advance of the fixed amount of 140,-. I thought it was a good amount, but I can't really compare (no experience with it). Was indeed there on time, and professionally solved the problem and even went into the crawl space to saw through the drain, unblock it and repair it again. Amount became about 10,- more due to the use of equipment. I am satisfied!
