D	D L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim 2 jaar geleden ook van Rions gebruik gemaakt. Zij waren destijds de enige die tijdig communiceerden. Vandaag gebeld voor verstopping van afvoer in de keuken. Telefonisch direct professionele respons, monteur binnen het halfuur aanwezig en direct adequaat het probleem verholpen. Chapeau. More than 2 years ago also used Rions. Ze hebben door de leidingen heen geboord wat tot waterschade heeft geleid bij woningen onder mijn appartement. Ze bellen vervolgens, terwijl het water uit het plafond van je onderburen loopt, of ze een camera team moeten sturen om de schade te bekijken, wat doe je in zo een situatie? Natuurlijk, laat ze maar komen, wat je ook nog eens een hoop extra geld kost en vervolgens kunnen ze ook nog eens niks zien, waardeloos. Rions neemt geen aansprakelijkheid voor de gemaakte schade, ze zeggen dat zij niet kunnen weten wat voor een type leidingen er liggen. En dat noemt zich een riool specialist. De directeur heeft mij zelf medegedeeld dat zij voor eventuele schade helemaal niet verzekerd zijn. Dus als je een leiding verstopt hebt en je schakelt hun in, dan zal Rions je leiding opschonen op hoop van zege. Gaat het mis doordat “de specialist” zich vergist dan is dat jammer voor de klant. Resultaat voor mij: rekening voor het ontstoppen van meer dan 400 euro, grote schade post in het andere appartement + woning kon voor een week niet gebruikt worden. s	steven kelk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles in mijn kleine huurwoning (keukenafvoer, doucheafvoer, WC, wastafel..) raakte ernstig verstopt door een blokkade die diep in de riolering (en ver voor de voorgevel van het pand) was. RIONS kwam in de holst van de nacht en hebben dat met hun gespecialiseerde apparatuur opgelost. Vriendelijk en professioneel, ben er heel blij mee! Everything in my small rental house (kitchen drain, shower drain, toilet, sink...) got seriously clogged by a blockage deep in the sewerage system (and way in front of the front of the building). RIONS came in the middle of the night and solved that with their specialized equipment. Friendly and professional, very happy with it!

I let it go because I was going to receive visitors, but after a couple of weeks, the pipes were completely blocked again. So I called to ask them to come back here to fix it better, they said that they sent someone here again, and that they fixed it for free... it was not true, nobody never came here. So a man talked to me on the telephone and he was really rude, he called me a liar and said that I don't understand anything. I might not understand about pipes, but a service that lasted so few as this, was clearly not well done, they showed me no respect and they didn't come here to fix it. I paid 95 euros for nothing. I asked them to send me by email the receipt telling that they came here later and fixed it for free (which they never did) and I got no response. I definitely don't recommend it
