β β β β β If you are not in an emergency situation, don't call them. Even if you are, you are better to fix the issue with ANYONE else, or even get it done by yourself.
Customer service is a joke, its a bunch of moody, rude, non-informative people. I got an appointment by 8.00 am today. It's now 20.00 - they keep saying we will come.
Get your scheduling together - as currently, your services is a JOKE.

β β β β β Supposed to have the technician @5-7pm. I called customer services @7pm and I was told he is coming soon. It is now 11pm and I am still waiting! Very poor service

β β β β β They were supposed to come on Thursday and then they did not and the lady promised me Friday and somebody would call today I had to call them again because nobody called. The next appointment is Tuesday which is very annoying. Plus they complained that I have a foreign number and they cannot call but it is inside the EU so according to law they have to. The person did not even apologize for all the delays.

β β β β β RRS promises on its website two service guarantees: a) no cure, no pay and b) 3-month guarantee on their services. So in theory, nothing can go wrong. However, in my case, the plumber unblocked my kitchen sink, I paid him, but the sink get blocked again the next day. Now RRS rejects both the refund and the guarantee claims, arguing that the issue in my case was "structural", so the guarantee doesn't apply. This feels deceptive to me, so legal action is in order.

β β β β β Iβve used this service twice and happy with it: they were able to schedule appointment quickly (I was in urgent), come at time and do the unblocking properly. They also stick to their warranty: when I thought I got a blocking again they come to check with no delay. (Apparently hat was a temporary issue that solved by itself before RRS person come)

β β β β β First appointment they said that they bell the ring but wasn't true, we ere three people at home waiting for them, no noise that could prevent us from hearing the bell. When I called them to check I was informed that later on the day was still possible but it would cost more, so we took another appointment for one week after and I was told that they will come between 8 and 12, so I moved my work shift in the afternoon. On the day of the appointment I called them around 11.30 to ask when were they coming and I was told (bear in mind that I CALLED THEM) that they were running late so maybe around 2.00 pm. Honestly I found this absolutely unprofessional. 1. ask on the phone about the problem so that you can estimate how long will take the reparation 2. book a reasonable amount of reparation per day 3. if you cannot respect it don't give time range or if you are running late, then call the customer, people make arrangement base on your commitment. For the money that we pay the service has to be excellent from beginning to the end I am completely shocked from the lack of assistance, support and understanding from the person on the phone. She could not care less, I told her about my problem and she didn't even try to offer an alternative solution, as for example apologize and offer to send the people later in the evening without charge the extra amount. At the end I cancelled the appointment and I will not take another one with them. If they were so unprofessional just with managing the appointments I cannot imaging them taking care of my bathroom!

They have a transparant price list and the technician do not wast time to accumulate the cost. Only thing have to be aware that there are some fake websites that pretend to be them which is actually not. Do contact them throught their official contacts.
