About Ristorante Saporetti

Naast het onderhouden van Cucina Uva, een eigen Kookstudio te Neck, beschikt Raffaele over de nodige ervaring op het gebied van productontwikkeling voor houdbare pasta en pastasauzen. In 2004 werkte hij mee aan de oprichting van Restaurant Onassis en Gusta Vino te Amsterdam en in 2013 aan Ristorante Divino te Purmerend, waarna hij stilletjes zijn ideeën uitwerkte voor zijn eigen restaurant.

Het vrij komen van het pand aan de Koemarkt in Purmerend begin 2015 was de kans om zijn ambities waar te maken.
