★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij binnenkomst een klein bakje thee aangeboden gekregen. Erg lekker! Meestal als je een winkel binnen loopt, is het "Kan ik u helpen?", dit was heel onverwachts. Expectations exceeded.
 Upon arrival we were offered a small cup of tea. Very tasty! Usually when you walk into a store, it is "Can I help you?", This was very unexpected. Expectations exceeded.

Kleine oase van rust en een verademing in de drukke stationshal. Heerlijke geuren en goed bereikbaar, zonder dat je door de poortjes moet
Same principle as all Rituals stores. You get tea when you come in. Friendly service oriented staff.
A small oasis of peace and a relief in the busy station hall. Delicious smells and easily accessible, without having to go through the gates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een hele lieve make-up artieste, die werkt in de Rituals in station Rotterdam cs heeft mij dinsdagmiddag 17 december 2018 spontaan opgemaakt en tips gegeven. Nou durf ik wel op de bruidsfoto morgen, met alle mooie spullen die ik daar heb gekocht ! Dank jullie wel!
A very sweet make-up artist, who works in the Rituals in Rotterdam station, spontaneously made up for me on Tuesday afternoon, December 17, 2018 and gave me tips. Now I dare to go on the wedding photo tomorrow, with all the beautiful things I bought there! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag binnengelopen. Meteen bij binnenkomst werd mij een bakje thee aangeboden (door de hitte vriendelijk bedankt?) Ik ben supergoed geholpen door een vriendelijke medewerkster (jammer dat ik haar naam niet weet, ze verdient absoluut een pluim). Mijn huid is geanalyseerd daarna kon ze me goed adviseren over welke producten ik het best kon gebruiken. Ze heeft uitgebreid de tijd voor me genomen en ik ging met een tas vol en erg tevreden naar huis. Klantenservice was top!
Walked in today. Immediately upon entering I was offered a cup of tea (thanks to the heat kindly?) I have been helped very well by a friendly employee (too bad I don't know her name, she definitely deserves a compliment). My skin has been analyzed, after which she was able to properly advise me about which products I could use best. She took ample time for me and I went home with a bag full and very satisfied. Customer service was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are not helpful. Gave wrong info to the customer and No good suggested solution. Only said “you can return the products, get the money back and buy them online”
The poster in front of the shop was not up to date so I was misinformed (showed the gift is still available if buying 60€+). The staff didn’t know anything and couldn’t give the right info. I was told she would check with a colleague and would put a gift in the bag so I could collect it later... 8 hours later, I went back. The other staff only said "the gift is not valid today, only available if buying online. You can return the product, get the money back and buy them online..."
Come on!!! I didn’t even have the product with me at that time anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forgot my ring in the shop, but the staff were very quick and helpful as to keep it for me until my friend went to collect it on my behalf a few days later. They even wrapped the ring nicely in a paper bag. Excellent and friendly service. Thanks so much! :)
