★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brand is great, and I've used one product for a long time now.. today I had a very insulting experience here at the Groningen center branch.. I naively asked if there were any active discounts on the products that I had bought (that I mightve been unaware of) and the girl who was billing my 60 euros purchase, looked at me and said that it doesn't work this way here, "this is not kruidvat!". That was insulting in many ways, nothing against kruidvat, but the way she looked at me and made that comment was very insulting. I've traveled a lot, and as an Indian settled in Europe (and an Indian who stayed in California for 5 years before this, and in Switzerland for a year), I've had my share of racism, and this was a very blatant example of one! Surely, this has made my experience with rituals bitter. I hope the staff works a little on their 'friendliness'!
