★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben het kassa systeem van RKassa nu 3 jaar met een koppeling naar onze website toe. En nog steeds als we een vraag hebben of een wens hebben wordt dit super snel opgepakt. Het systeem is zo makkelijk dat mijn stagiaire (15 jaar) na wat uitleg er direct mee aan de slag ging. Nu na de laatste Update vond ik het wel eens tijd om iedereen dit te laten weten, vandaar deze super positieve review. Voor info is iedereen altijd welkom bij ons!

We have had the RKassa cash register system for 3 years now with a link to our website. And still when we have a question or a wish, this is picked up super fast. The system is so easy that my trainee (15 years old) started working with it immediately after some explanation. Now after the last Update, I thought it was time to let everyone know, hence this super positive review. For info everyone is always welcome with us!

Very nice collaboration. The system works great and you are always taken seriously with any problems. You are certainly not a number at this company but a valued customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been working as a service supplier for this company and unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences we have had in the last 10 years. The owner himself pretends to be an expert in e-commerce but it appears to be unskilled and unprofessionnal. Overall, as soon as the first difficulty arises, the guy become agressive, impolite and unrespectful... We don't recommend to work this this company.
