About RM TAXI ZWOLLE

Ons wagenpark bestaat uit 50 voertuigen waarmee we alle soorten van vervoer kunnen bedienen. Zo hebben we 17 rolstoelbussen, 1 rolstoelauto, 16 ruime 8-persoonsbussen en 9 luxe personenwagens. In 2018 heeft RM Taxi geïnvesteerd in duurzaamheid en als 1e taxibedrijf in Zwolle 8 volledig elektrische voertuigen aangeschaft. Met een eigen laadplein, voorzien van 100% groene stroom, hebben wij de mogelijkheid om zowel binnen als buiten 10 voertuigen tegelijkertijd op te laden. De elektrische taxi’s hebben een gemiddelde actieradius van 200 km en kunnen in en rond de stad Zwolle volledig elektrisch rijden.

Ons team bestaat uit 70 medewerkers die er dagelijks voor zorgen dat de klant veilig naar hun bestemming wordt gebracht. Wij streven naar een hoge klanttevredenheid, de klant is voor ons een individu met eigen wensen en behoeftes.
Onze chauffeurs zijn in het bezit van de wettelijk vereiste chauffeursdiploma’s. Samen met ons wagenpark zijn zij tenslotte de visitekaartjes van ons bedrijf.

Super. Super customer friendly. Had ordered a taxi for 5 people and a taxi came for 4. Called and an extra taxi was immediately sent at no cost. Super.

V	Vanessa Barreda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver used his cellphone (without Bluetooth or any hands-off system) many times during the trip at 137kmh on the Highway. He also put his phone between his legs and kept on reading messages from it. When repeatedly asked please not to answer his phone, as I don't feel safe (and he wouldn't always stay on his lane), he told me he HAS to answer the phone as they have 24/7 service and no one else can answer at this time (1:45am). He said he has experience and I should trust him, "we are safe". The fact that it's ilegal, dangerous and the Speed Limits we're irrelevant. He also doesn't seem to know about direction lights. I am still on the taxi while writing this and am afraid we could have an accidente. Staying alone in the middle of the highway is also no option though. We are paying 250€ for a trip from Zwolle to Amsterdam. He seemes nice AND talkative but is not professional, not a good/safe driver and also has no interest for my feeling of safety...
