Der heutige Termin war kurz und knackig, nach Strukturierung durch Securtity. Personal bei der KFZ Zulassung war freundlich und schnell. Keine 5 min im Gebäude und alles geregelt. Appointments via the Internet are uncomplicated and easy. Everything else clearly explained by email. Today's appointment was short and sweet, after being structured by Securtity. Vehicle registration staff were friendly and quick. Less than 5 minutes in the building and everything settled.

Termine werden nicht eingehalten, eingereichte Fahrzeugbriefe sind unauffindbar oder geistern durch die Behörde, Menschen werden alles andere als bürgerfreundlich bedient (obwohl diese deren Gehalt durch Steuern zahlen). Abläufe sind grausam organisiert, dass es zu Wartezeiten kommt, trotz Impfungen etc. Leider kann man nicht abraten, Update: Wenn man sich über Mail an die Behörde wendet, kann man auf verständnisvolle Mitarbeiter stossen, die dann doch eine gute Lösung finden und dies auch kurzfristig! Als ein Dokument fehlte, hieß es erst ich dürfte es bis 12 Uhr nachreichen. 5min später durfte ich dann doch nicht mehr kommen und muss einen neuen Termin machen. Einfach lächerlich. Mein erstes mal das ich ein Auto abmelde und ein neues anmelden wollte auch hier wird mit einem Finger in die Richtung des Automaten gezeigt aber was genau ich da tun muss konnte ich mir dann selber ausmalen… The lady should learn friendliness.
