★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob, we kennen elkaar als sinds 1980, jij als architect bij Enbeplan (NBM), ik herinner me nog de Bolwoningen en ik op het bedrijfsbureau. In 1985 ben ik als zelfstandig bouwkosten- en bestekdeskundige gestart en heb zeker in de begin jaren veel opdrachten voor jou mogen uitvoeren (Valtos en de Sternergroep); o.a. bouwkostenadviezen en Stabu-projectbestekken t.b.v. jouw mooie ontwerpen (diverse projecten, zowel in de nieuwbouw als renovatie, woning- en utiliteitsbouw) met telkens tevreden opdrachtgevers. De laatste jaren hebben we onze prettige relatie voort mogen zetten d.m.v. opdrachten van Tracé architectuur & ontwikkeling BV, o.a. het prachtige project "Wonen aan de Poel' in Amstelveen. Ondanks dat we beiden van Drees trekken vinden we ons werk nog veel te leuk om er mee te stoppen. Groetjes, Sam Everaers, Ze-Bra-Plan.
 Rob, we have known each other since 1980, you as an architect at Enbeplan (NBM), I still remember the Bolwoningen and I at the company office. In 1985 I started as an independent construction cost and cutlery expert and certainly in the early years I was able to carry out many assignments for you (Valtos and the Sternergroep); including construction cost advice and Stabu project specifications for your beautiful designs (various projects, both in new construction and renovation, residential and utility construction) with satisfied customers. In recent years we have been able to continue our pleasant relationship through commissions from Tracé architecture & development BV, including the beautiful project "Living on the Poel" in Amstelveen. Despite the fact that we both move from Drees, we still find our work too much fun to quit. Greetings, Sam Everaers, Ze-Bra -Plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoi Rob, Schitterend project wederom, Amstelveen bedoel ik, nadat je eerder ook iconen op vele West-Brabantse plekken langs de verschillende snelwegen hebt gerealiseerd waar ik plaatsvervangend trots op ben.... Ik herinner me althans fraaie kantoren en industriële optrekjes om het eufemistisch te zeggen op prominente plekken in Breda, Etten Leur, Roosendaal, Bergen op Zoom, Tholen, Sint-Maartensdijk en last but (certainly) not least het waterfront Tholen.... Een project wat inmiddels te boek staat als Saint Tropez in de polder....ja, ja..... ik weet jouw concept Steenbergen is ook aardig en bijzonder, maar het Thools waterfront blijft onderscheidend en inspirerend. Jammer dat je gaat afbouwen, hopelijk pak je het residentiële project Bergen op Zoom nog op! In dat (fraai) historisch centrum jouw voetafdruk achterlaten is ook aardig toch al was het maar voor jouw (klein)kinderen! Ene Anthonie Keldermans maakte na zijn stadhuis in Tholen in zijn nadagen ook nog uitstapjes naar Bergen op Zoom met de getijmolen aan de Houwer bijvoorbeeld en niet te vergeten het Markiezenhof..... door de patriottische Bergenaar vergeleken met het Louvre in Parijs!!! Hi Rob, Brilliant project again, Amstelveen I mean, after you have previously realized icons in many places in West Brabant along the various highways of which I am vicariously proud .... At least I remember beautiful offices and industrial buildings for the euphemistic to say in prominent places in Breda, Etten Leur, Roosendaal, Bergen op Zoom, Tholen, Sint-Maartensdijk and last but not least the waterfront Tholen .... A project that is now known as Saint Tropez in the polder .... yes, yes ..... I know your concept Steenbergen is also nice and special, but the Thools waterfront remains distinctive and inspiring. Too bad you are going to finish, hopefully you will pick up the residential project Bergen op Zoom! Leaving your footprint in that (beautiful) historical center is also nice, if only for your (grand) children! After his town hall in Tholen, one Anthonie Keldermans also made trips to Bergen op Zoom with the tide mill on the Houwer, not to mention the Markiezenhof ..... by the patriotic Bergenaar compared to the Louvre in Paris !!!
