Highly recommended, only he rarely picked up the phone ?, so you just need to go to the door ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! I’m an expat and my Dutch language knowledge is limited but the store personal has been very patient and proactive.
They’re the only bike shop allowed to conduct repairs in Velo de Ville bikes in Amsterdam and I have to ride 45 mins to visit them but, I every time I need to pay a visit, the customer experience compensates the long ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left with more damage than I came with. I came to fix a flat tire and when I went to pick up my bike the chain was broken, which was apparently not their fault. No compromise or solution was offered.
