Had a very good experience with Robert, always present and reactive he responds to messages at any hour of day and any given day! We had some issues with the shipping company but he was always there to back us up. Many thanks Robert and we definitely recommend his services!

We shipped our car from Veracruz (??) back to Antwerp (??) and this worked out very well. We were a bit anxious about the fact that our truck had been transshipped in Kingston (Jamaica) and stayed there for 7 days. This was caused by a rerouting of the original vessel, probably due to the covid 19 crisis. So Robert couldn't do anything about it. Picking up the car in the ico-terminal in Antwerp took some time due to a problem with the customs papers. We contacted Robert while we were in port and immediately got response from him by mail and phone. As always he is very quick in responding!! With his help and advice the problem was resolved on the spot. We got our truck back without any problem, no damage nor break-in! Thanks for the service, Robert!

We have shipped our camper with Robert already twice, from Germany to Halifax (Canada) and back from Baltimore (US). Comparing different shipping companies it can be said, that Robert has made the best offer regarding the price. On the website the "outstanding 24/7 service" is mentioned and it has proved to be true – Robert is available every day, no matter if weekend or holidays and he replies quickly, usually within a few hours. The most appropriate word to describe the service of Robert is probably “uncomplicated”. Robert speaks English and German, his responses are given in detail and he answers question by question. Not all information is provided in advance, so you have to ask to get everything you need to know. In short, we have experienced an uncomplicated and fast service, felt to be in good hands and would definitely ship again with Robert.

BEWARE! Robert demands up front payment for shipping service. NO OTHER shipping company I have used ever has asked for this (CFR Car Shippers, Neukirch Autoshipping) and when Robert was unable to ship one of my vehicles, HE KEPT 1200 EUROS, and told me if I want the money back I'd have to SUE HIM. Read other negative reviews and you will see the same pattern, payment up front. Save yourself the hassle. RESPONSE: The issue with one vehicle missing a Customs documents was Robert’s fault. I asked TWICE, a month prior to shipment, what documents were required after I explained the origin country, transport method & destination: “Registration & Passport” was what I was told by Robert. He is supposed to be the “Expert”. He didn’t advise correctly and I paid the price. CFR shipping knew immediately what was needed, and the broker personally went to customs to explain the situation, and my vehicle was shipped without a problem... Nothing “unlawful” other then the missing document. I waited 1 month for Robert to come up with a solution, without any contact from him. Nothing “inappropriate” was sent to his broker, and the second broker denied working with me due to an email from the first broker... hardly “professional”. Robert just forwards emails, yes, 24x7, including one of mine to all his customers regarding COVID and Halifax port without my consent, and other customers emails with their details. Consider the treatment from him with the background that we were fleeing the country we lived in due to COVID and a WAR, while my wife’s sister was DYING from cancer. The rating of a company is not how it manages when everything is ok, but how it manages problems. By this measure RWWS fails miserably. AVOID.

We have shipped our car with Robert World Wide Shipping Ltd from Veracruz to Bremerhaven. He was answering all our questions immediately, no matter what time of day. We were satisfied with all the process of shipping, which was thanks to him pretty easy. We had little bit trouble to get our car out of the harbor in Bremerhaven, but Robert helped us with everything, he managed everything, he called to the right people and we got our car in few hours.
