Hun verdienmodel is om gebouwen van vastgoedbezitters te vullen en daarbij de facilitaire zorg te dragen voor young professionals. Zowel de huurders als de vastgoedbezitters betalen voor hun "service". Helaas is er een perverse prikkel om de jonge, kwetsbare huurders uit te knijpen. Denk hierbij aan verzonnen servicekosten, onwettig borg inhouden en te veel berekenen voor servicekosten. De servicekosten kunnen niet worden ingezien. Als je hierom vraagt krijg je een niet kloppend showmodelletje dat nergens op gebaseerd is. En als je vragen over de ingehouden borg hebt, reageren ze niet meer. Let op! Moreno is werkzaam bij Rockfield en zit de boel te belazeren met fake reviews!! Rockfield acts like the "wolf of walls street" in the real estate industry. Their revenue model is to fill the buildings of real estate owners and to provide facilities for young professionals. Both the tenants and the property owners pay for their "service". Unfortunately, there is a perverse incentive to squeeze the young, vulnerable tenants. Think of invented service costs, withholding illegal deposits and charging too much for service costs. The service charges cannot be viewed. If you ask for this, you get an incorrect show model that is not based on anything. And if you have questions about the security deposit withheld, they stop responding. NB! Moreno works at Rockfield and is cheating with fake reviews!!

Er is totaal geen ruimte voor overleg/alternatieve oplossingen/feedback en ze brengen kosten in rekening van zaken die nergens staan vermeld. Je krijgt het gevoel dat er gebruik wordt gemaakt van een machtspositie en dat is super vervelend om mee te maken. REVIEW BELOW IS NOT TRUE, TYPE IN GOOGLE: ROCKFIELD REAL ESTATE AND YOU CAN READ THE TRUE REVIEWS! Misrepresentation and poor communication. There is absolutely no room for consultation/alternative solutions/feedback and they charge costs for things that are not mentioned anywhere. You get the feeling that a position of power is being used and that is super annoying to experience.

All positive review are fake probably as fake as their so called “young and vibrant” attitude. The only number that will stay young is the one on your bank account when you do business with them. Every time you think you reached a solution with them by phone they deny it ever happening on the mail. KEEP EVERYTHING ON PAPER WITH THEM.
