★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie locatie, heel erg schoon. Nadeel is wel dat de muziek hard staat, zowel bij de balie als tijdens de Rocycle les. Net een soort club. Zal bij het hele imago horen, maar erg slecht voor elkaar fatsoenlijk kunnen verstaan.
De Rocycle lessen zijn qua energie en workout wel goed (je bent kapot erna), maar ik mis enorm de focus op de juiste houding en ademhaling. Focus is vooral op dat het "fun" moet zijn, omdat het net is alsof je in een club aan het fietsen bent. Ik volg ergens anders RPM lessen en daar krijg ik veel betere begeleiding en voel ik ook dat ik vooruit ga. Het is daar maar net waar je behoefte aan hebt.
 Nice location, very very clean. The disadvantage is that the music is loud, both at the desk and during the Rocycle class. Like some kind of club. Will belong to the whole image, but can understand each other very badly.
The Rocycle classes are good in terms of energy and workout (you are devastated afterwards), but I miss the focus on correct posture and breathing. Focus is mainly on that it has to be "fun", because it is like you are cycling in a club. I take RPM lessons elsewhere and I get much better guidance there and I also feel that I am making progress. It is just what you need there.
